Life is a personal AI organizer for your life. It keeps every part of it in one place, your homes, accounts, bills, cars, projects, warranties and the people who work for you, and shows you how each piece leads to the next. It works with you, and even with your personal AI assistants, if you so choose.
The idea
Think about what has to happen before a bill can reach you. You found a house and signed for it. You opened an account with the electric company and gave it that address. A meter was read, a rate was set, a month went by, and a card or a bank account was lined up to pay. Only then does the envelope arrive.
Every bill is earned like that, by a chain of places, accounts, dates and decisions, each one depending on the last. Most apps show you the envelope. Life keeps the chain, so you can follow it from either end.

One coffee, traced
On your card it is one small line. In Life it is the end of a drive, a stop in your day, and a charge you will pay off weeks later. Each is recorded where it happens, and each leads to the next.
The Life GPS app on your phone sees your stay at home end and a trip begin.
GPSThe trip is put on your 2021 Ford F-150, adding to its miles and what each mile costs you.
VehiclesThe stop is a stay at Sheetz, 4110 Jonestown Rd, so you know where your time went.
GPSThe line lands on the card's Usage under Sheetz, with its store and its category.
UsageThe card's statement becomes a bill, and the payment from checking is linked to it.
PaymentsYour time
25 minutes: 12 on the road, 13 at Sheetz. Added to where your day went.
Your money
$4.29 from your card, then from checking when the statement is paid. Follow it from either end.
Your things
The truck's miles, the store you stopped at, the card you used. Each one now knows about the others.
Features
Life starts with the accounts you already have and the documents they send you. Everything else hangs off them. Here is a taste; the full list is longer and keeps growing.
Home
Alerts, action items, payables and receivables. A utility about to be disconnected, a warranty ending, a laborer who is owed, a project nobody has logged work on in nine days.
The inbox
A bill, a receipt, a statement, a shop invoice, a tax form, a certificate. Scan whatever lands on your desk and Life reads it, works out who it's from and which account it belongs to, and files it where it goes. You check what it read and change anything it got wrong.
Life's big moments
Because everything is already filed and connected, the things you dread most become a matter of opening the right page.
Start from a year already sorted, not a shoebox of receipts.
Forms that ask for numbers you already have, filled in from them.
Plan with what you actually spend, not what you guess.
Personal agents
Connect a personal AI agent, such as Meta's Muse, ChatGPT or Claude. It can ask Life about your bills, projects, warranties, reminders and places, and add work log entries, project materials, warranties and receipts, with only the access you give it.
When does the dishwasher warranty run out?
In 12 days. Lowe's covers it, and the claim number and receipt are in Life.
Log 3½ hours of framing on the deck for Juan today.
Done. It's waiting in Life for your approval.

Use cases
The landlord
Each rental belongs to its company, and each company has its own utilities, insurance and tenants. Life keeps them apart on paper and together on screen.
The renovation
Receipts, hours and materials flow into the project as they happen, so the total is right before the last board goes down.
The household
Bills due this month, warranties about to end, the car's next inspection. Life brings them to Home before they become a problem.
The business owner
Spending by vendor and by category for each owner, by month or year, with every document a lender, accountant or court might ask for close at hand.
Describe it, and Life's assistant will tell you how the app can help.
Tell me about your situation: what you own, run or keep track of, and what is hard about it today. I'll tell you how Life can help.
Always growing
Life keeps growing to put you in control of every part of your life, so no list of its features stays complete for long. Start with your accounts, bills and documents. When a new part of your life shows up, add its workspace, and it joins the web with everything already there.
Pricing
Life charges by use, the way AI companies do: you pay for the work it does on your behalf, and nothing for months you don't use it. You set the budget, and Life never goes past it.
To start
$1
Signing up takes a card and a $1 charge. That dollar is credit toward your first use, so it isn't a fee.
As you go
By useno monthly fee
Life charges your card when your usage reaches $10, or at the end of the month, whichever comes first. Every charge is listed in Settings, line by line.

Your budget
Set a monthly budget. Life tells you at 80% and at 100%, then pauses anything that costs money until next month or until you raise it. Everything already in Life stays open to you.
